Nepali New Year Special Menu (Till Saturday night)

Starter ( Suruwat)

• Chatamari Baby Crepe
(Classic Nepali version of mini lentil crepes of 2 topped with choice of minced chicken, fish, tomato, cheese or spinach)
• Buckwheat stuffed Lungs
(Classic feast dish of Newari Tradition lungs stuffed with buckwheat battered with egg and butter milk, sautéed and served with zesty sauce)
• Salmon tartar
(Classic French dish salmon dice cut marinated in French style and served but you can add chilli flakes and Nepalese spice to it)
• Choyla a la Francois
(Classic Hay BBQ meat of Chicken simmered with green onion, tomato, fenugreek and mustard oil served with side salad)
• Singada Nepal
(Semi Puffed stuffed with minced chicken served with vegetable gravy and pureed peas)

Main Course (Mukheya)
• Fish Janakpuri
(Trout fish marinated with lemon and salt cooked with Himalayan mild herbs in Magar style served with Rice)
• Chicken Laliguras
(Chicken marinated in seabuckthorn juice and slowly cooked in yoghurt, cream and wine served with rice)
• French style Mafu Tofu
(Silky tofu added in vegetable stock flavoured with balsamic and fresh herbs in light stew served with rice0
